New York City, the capital of the world, home of once the Twin Towers, birthplace to Hip-hop and many celebrities, a lot of history and landmarks, movies, TV shows, produced here, and of course the famous quote “If you can make it here you can make it anywhere” by Frank Sinatra.
So, what’s up with New York Real Estate? Everyone wants to be here or move to the Big Apple, however it looks like there is very limited space. People still find a way to find a place to live, no matter how challenging it is. The big attraction is that there are many opportunities to become an entrepreneur or a homeowner. There are many cultures and languages, and in my experience people understand the common language: opportunity, which translates to financial freedom and stability.
Let’s get back to What’s up New York Real Estate, there are many people that are having a hard time looking for an apartment to buy or rent. I wear many hats pertaining to New York Real Estate, from being a realtor, tenant, and landlord. I get many questions about Real Estate. Questions like: How do I find an apartment? Do I use a broker? How much money do I need? Is it pet friendly? etc.
All these questions are very good and basic, but yet crucial to your next real estate move. It all depends on what you’re looking for, where you want to be, and also what you qualify for. There are many factors to consider like credit history and location. Some might argue that living in New York City is expensive and for the rich only. My answer is that everyone finds a hustle to survive and people are actually making it work unconsciously. My part 2 to that answer is that there is transportation everywhere and literally there are places that are open 24 hours.
Other cities lack transportation and you need a car to travel to a local convenient store. There is a price to pay for convenience and opportunity and the town to do it is New York City. What better place to live, rent, own better than a vibrant city that never gets old allows you to be BOLD and always creates opportunity for growth?
