Miami is known for its beaches, nightlife and you guessed it…refreshing minty mojitos that quench your thirst and leave you begging for more. However, I’m not a fan of rum nor the struggle to sip on my drink with mint leaves jammed in my straw and I’m embarrassed to even mention my teeth (so not cute). I changed this classic cocktail up by switching out the rum for vodka and the granulated sugar for agave. As Pitbull would say…. Dale (Da-lay)!
Thirsty? Get to it! Add all the ingredients including the ice into the blender and blend well.
Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a thin lime wheel and single mint leaf. Enjoy! Until next time… save me a seat at the bar.
