Ya mon! This recipe is going to have you dancing a little calypso while you quench your thirst with an ice cold beer.
I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Jamaica three times and every time I’ve enjoyed myself more than the last. There’s something about the Jamaican people that makes you feel right at home. Is it their relaxed yet happy demeanor, their hospitality or their mouthwatering food? I say it’s all mon! But it’s especially their juicy, grilled flavorful jerk chicken that’s a staple on the island as it is at my house for our Sunday barbecues. I’ve created an easy recipe that will have your guests wondering if Mrs Claudette was cooking for you… but you get to take all the credit. Until next time… save me a seat at your table!
Hola! I’m a New York native who relocated to sunny Miami in 2008 where I attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
