The event took place at the duo’s $16M Soho penthouse listing at 94 Thompson Street. The Soho neighborhood where this apartment is located is full of exciting shops and trendy restaurants, including the upscale Italian restaurant, Cipriani Downtown.
Hors d’oeurves, drinks, and a stunning rooftop view created a relaxing atmosphere that was complemented by the enchanting voice of singer Allyson Briggs and her band Fleur Seule.
Fleur Seule is a 1940s jazz, swing, and ballroom band that brings hits by artists such as Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, and Nat King Cole back to life. Briggs transformed the 21st-century penthouse into a 1940s gathering with her captivating voice that captures the essence of the classics we know and love. The group plays some shows a week at locations including Winnie’s Jazz Bar and Tavern on the Green.
The party was attended by New Yorkers in the real estate, news, and entertainment industries. Other names on the guest list included TV and Movie actress, Gloria Reuben and celebrity chef, Alexander Smalls. With personalities from all backgrounds, conversations about everything from finance to opera filled the air.
Annie Scranton and Meghan Powers from Pace Public Relations also hosted.
