With all the bad that is advertised in the news, it’s easy to assume that there’s very little light left in the world. The wars, natural disasters, and crimes are disheartening.
But it’s not all bad. The Council of Councils, a network of 26 think tanks from around the world, just released their report on international cooperation, and the results surprisingly optimistic. The letter grade: B. Which is a whole grade up from last years score of a “C.”
