We discussed a new device: a keyboard that is meant to help women use more assertive language.
The inventor of the keyboard, Roya Ramezani, noticed the need for such a device when she began working in Silicon Valley. She saw that women — especially in work meetings — were more likely to talk less and use undermining language such as “sorry” and “sort of.”
