An important point to remember, Demetrius: The majority of the GOP does not support Trump nor those he is drawing to the party. You were right to defend the GOP of GWBush. Look where GW is on the issue of Trump. Look where those who admire and, yes, love GW stand on the issue of Trump. I don’t know if the remains of the GOP that Trump will have left will be worth rebuilding after he’s done with it or not, however I want to emphasize that Trump is _not the GOP_. He is trying to rework it in his image and may yet succeed but only because far too many conservatives emphasize(d) being not “establishment” instead of holding firm to those conservative values that drew you and others like you into the party in the first place.
