We’re back after the Thanksgiving break! Hope you loved our Thanksgiving message to you all!
Over the break we did a little soul searching and we’re making some changes. First: We’re on at 9am ET instead of 8:30, so you get to sleep in half an hour later! Second: We’re trying a new format; watch tomorrow and tell us what you think! We’re excited to show you!
We’re adding a weekly debate segment! Look forward to hearing our hosts and guests debate over everything from social issues like political correctness, to policy like legalizing marijuana.
This week our own Carrie Sheffield is debating Salon’s Jeremy Binckes on the topic of Privatizing Medicare. We want to know your thoughts on this subject: take our Twitter poll and we’ll discuss the results on the show!
Before the debate, we’ll speaking with Dr. Kevin Campbell, who will offer us his expertise on Medicare and the future of our county’s health care system. After the debate, we’re talking with Opportunity Lives’ Stephen Gutowski about veterans and fundraising.
Our guests on the show will be:
We also want to send love to the show’s friend Jerome Bell, who is recovering from a recent accident. We’re thinking of you Jerome! If you can, please take a moment to donate to help with Jerome’s medical expenses.
We also want to give a shoutout to our co-host, Clay Aiken -it’s his birthday this week! And it’s also Bold’s birthday this week! We’re turning one! ?
Thank you all for your support as Bold has grown. We’re excited to show you our new show tomorrow -we’re figuring this out as we go (#startuplife) so please give us your feedback on what you like and dislike, and how we can improve!
Join us tomorrow on our Facebook page and don’t forget our new time, 9am ET!
