Internet pioneer Jon Steinberg, former president and chief operating officer of BuzzFeed and CEO of Daily Mail North America, is looking to disrupt the cable industry the way cable disrupted network news. He’s raised $3 million for his first foray as founding entrepreneur for his venture, called Cheddar TV.
