While some worry millennials are entering the workforce at a difficult economic time, Brigitte Madrian, dean and professor at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, is optimistic about how millennials will be a positive force.
“They’ve got great ideas, they’ve got passion to make the world a better place,” Madrian told Bold TV. “I feel [millennials have] much more recognition about the social role that business can play, in addition to its role in creating jobs and providing employment.”
