Next, Congressman Frank Pallone from New Jersey’s 6th District will break down the current net neutrality debate, the recent FDA findings of contaminated cosmetics, and the “LIFT America Act,” which aims to invest $85 billion in infrastructure. We’ll also be joined by former NYPD Lt. Joanne Naughton from Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP), a nonprofit group against the war on drugs.
We’re very excited to welcome candidates for New York City Council District 4, Rebecca Harary (R) and Vanessa Aronson (D)! These Republican and Democratic “Sheroes” will promote their goals of promoting bipartisan collaboration and mobilizing voters in the NY primaries. Finally, we’ll round out the show with Jean Shafiroff for our regular Bookstr segment, who will discuss her book, “Successful Philanthropy.”
