The conference is telecasted LIVE at a campus of Willow Creek Community Church in Barrington, Illinois. Yesterday the Summit’s hashtag, #GLS16, was trending number one on both Twitter and Facebook.

The GLS is geared towards sharpening leadership and development skills. Those who have attended in the past have seen significant improvements in teamwork, overall effectiveness, greater sense of significance, and better leadership.

Bill Hybels, founder and senior pastor of Willow Creek Community Church, is the emcee of the event and desires to prove attendees with bold workable solutions. Speakers include Melinda Gates, Co-Chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Alan Mulally, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Ford Motor Company, Patrick Lencioni, Bestselling Author and Founder of The Table Group, as well as many others.

Conference registration has opened up for next year. If interested visit Global Leadership Summit – Willow Creek Association.
